Terms & Conditions

These terms form the agreement between you and ElectricForge English Studio Sdn Bhd (Business Registration No. 202301024816 (1521437-X)), of Suite 28-03, Level 28, Q Sentral, 2A Jalan Stesen Sentral 2, KL Sentral, 50470 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, whenever you use electricforge.pro or enrol in our classes. Booking a class means you accept them. They are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

1. Who may enrol

Adults may enrol themselves. Learners under 18 must be enrolled by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on the child’s behalf and remains our contact for everything concerning that student.

2. The trial class

The free trial is a genuine, full-length lesson offered once per student. It creates no obligation on either side, and we may decline to offer further classes at our discretion.

3. Booking and scheduling

Class times are agreed in writing (email or WhatsApp) and shown in Malaysia time (MYT). One-to-one lessons may be rescheduled free of charge up to 12 hours before the start; later changes and no-shows count as delivered. Group sessions and Full-Time Intensive days cannot be individually rescheduled, but recordings are provided.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and payable in advance of the lessons they cover. Lesson packs are valid for six months from purchase. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may pause classes until the balance is settled. Refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

5. What we provide

We provide live online tuition by qualified native-speaking mentors, lesson recordings, learning materials and, on completion of a course, a certificate stating the course, level and hours studied. If a mentor becomes unavailable, we will offer a substitute of equivalent qualification or move the affected lessons.

6. What we ask of you

You agree to join classes punctually with working audio and video, treat mentors and fellow students with respect, and not to record classes yourself or share our recordings and materials outside your household. We may remove a student who is persistently disruptive or abusive; in that case unused, unexpired fees are refunded.

7. Intellectual property

All lesson materials, recordings, curricula and the content of this website belong to ElectricForge English Studio Sdn Bhd or its licensors. They are licensed to you for personal study only and may not be republished, resold or used to deliver teaching elsewhere.

8. Technology requirements

Classes are delivered over standard video-conferencing tools. You are responsible for your own device, headset and internet connection. If a technical failure on our side cuts a lesson short, we reschedule it or credit it in full; failures on the student’s side do not create a credit, though we always try to be reasonable.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law. Beyond that, our total liability for any claim connected with the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. We teach language skills and cannot guarantee particular exam scores, admissions or employment outcomes.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from its revision date; material changes affecting current students are notified by email at least fourteen days in advance.
